Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer returns on all unworn merchandise within 14 days of receipt of package. Please reach out to howdy@wearpageant.com prior to shipping products back. As of January 30, 2025, customer is responsible for the purchase of return labels.
Wear Pageant is a small, independent brand that's scrappy and trying build something fun for everyone. If you have questions about sizing and fit, we invite you to reach out to us prior to purchasing and we'll happily guide you on the best option! Please contact us at howdy@wearpageant.com.
Exchanges
We recommend referring to size chart and reaching out with sizing questions prior to purchasing. We offer exchanges when inventory is available. Due to pre-sale, sometimes we might not have your sizing available. Please reach out to howdy@wearpageant.com for more information.
Pre-Order
If an item is pre-order, it will be noted on the item page. Pre-order items are a part of manufacturing schedules in order to accurately product demand and will take 12-14 weeks to ship, although we always aim to ship sooner. Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please do not email us for updates on your order if the estimated time for shipment has not yet elapsed. Tracking will be provided at the time of shipment. Please email howdy@wearpageant.com if your tracking number is not sent in the estimated time frame.
All domestic orders are shipped using the USPS. Please follow your tracking number for updates with tracking. If there is an issue with your delivery please follow up directly with the USPS with your tracking number.
Signature Required
All orders placed over $1,000 USD require a signature for delivery. Please follow your tracking number to stay updated on your order.
International Orders
We are currently unable to ship internationally, but hope to soon.
Express Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include tracking information. If you prefer express shipping via FEDEX, please contact howdy@wearpageant.com. Additional charges may apply and will be sent via Shopify or Paypal.
Route Shipping Protection
We offer Route Shipping Protection from damage, loss, & theft for 2% of your carts total. Route Protection can be applied to your order at checkout. Wear Pageant is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items for orders that are not protected by Route. For questions, please contact howdy@wearpageant.com.
